All sales are final. That said, we care deeply about your experience and the integrity of every piece we send out. If something arrives that feels off or not as described, please reach out within 3 business days of receiving your order at itpvintage@gmail.com — we’ll be glad to help however we can.

buying vintage

We do our very best to photograph and describe each piece exactly as you’d see it in person. Still, we always welcome your questions about fit, fabric, color, or condition — we love talking details and want you to feel confident in your purchase. When you buy vintage, you’re choosing something that’s often 20 years old or older — a piece with a story, some age, and plenty of life left to give. These garments have been loved before, and small signs of wear are part of what make them special. Please take a moment to read each item’s description and review all the photos before purchasing. We strive to note any visible flaws, but subtle imperfections may not always be listed and should be visible in the photos. By purchasing from In the Pines, you’re acknowledging that you’ve read the full description, viewed the photos, and understand our policies — thank you for honoring the nature of vintage.

returns & shipping fees

Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, all sales are final. A return or exchange may only be accepted if an item arrives significantly different from its description or photos, or if approved on a case-by-case basis. If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please use a tracked and insured method — we can’t be responsible for lost or missing packages in transit.
